What AI Job Compass is

An independent guide to AI work. We list opportunities that third-party providers publish, check them by hand, help you understand whether they might suit you, and point you to the provider's own application page. We are not an employer, a staffing agency or a hiring platform.

The provider makes the decision

Every hiring or selection decision belongs to the opportunity provider. We cannot promise you a response, an offer, work, or any level of earnings, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

Our eligibility check

This is our own internal readiness check. It is not an official qualification from any AI platform or provider, and it is not a hiring decision. Each opportunity provider decides who it selects, and applying does not guarantee a response.

It scores five areas out of 100: relevant skills (30%), evidence of expertise (25%), work eligibility (20%), availability (15%) and communication (10%). It does not use protected characteristics, and it does not grade grammar or fluency. Links and samples you give us are counted as provided, not verified.

How we are compensated

Some providers pay us a referral fee when a person applies through a link we're authorized to use and then meets that provider's criteria. It costs you nothing. Our Apply buttons use those links, and each one has a plain disclosure next to it. We only use referral links a provider has authorized.

How we verify listings

A person checks each listing against the provider's own page before it is published and records the date. Pay is shown only when we have confirmed it. Listings past their deadline disappear automatically, and the "last verified" date tells you how fresh our check is. Providers can change details at any time, so always confirm on their site.
