What we collect

When you check your eligibility we collect only what we need to assess fit and match you with opportunities: your name, email, country of residence, a self-declaration about whether you can work there, your professional background, skills, years of experience, availability, interests, and any links or work samples you choose to share.

We never ask for passwords, government ID numbers, banking details, or date of birth.

How we use it

• To calculate an internal readiness score and suggest relevant listings.
• To contact you about opportunities and your application.
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find us and how the service performs.

We do not use protected characteristics to score or match you, and we don't sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Authorized administrators at AI Job Compass. Your results page is reachable only through a private link we show you once; keep it to yourself. We share your details with an opportunity provider only if you apply to them yourself, on their site. We don't pass your answers to them on your behalf.

Links, clicks and referrals

When you use an "Apply" button we record that the link was clicked, so we can tell which listings are useful, and, when you came from your results page, which of our suggestions you followed. Some providers pay us a referral fee if you apply through our link. This is disclosed on each such listing. See how we work.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Contact the person who invited you or reply to any email we send you and we'll act on it.
